Check the current state before repeating an action. A closed window does not necessarily stop a task, and a message about a connection can refer to a different server from the one currently visible.
A task is missing or seems stuck
- Open Task Manager and check the action, target and remaining time. Finished tasks may disappear automatically.
- Look for the result: a downloaded file, changed software status or an updated bank balance.
- For remote work, inspect the target in Connection Manager. A connection must remain available until dependent tasks finish. Disconnecting cancels those tasks after confirmation.
- Check free RAM, disk space and running programs. Security effects can delay work without cancelling it.
If an action has an unconfirmed result, use its offered retry or reconnect control and check the game state. Avoid starting several copies of a purchase or transfer while its outcome is unclear.
A program will not start
A downloaded file is not automatically active. Check its required RAM and the memory already used by programs and services. Stopping an unused program frees RAM; deleting a stored file frees disk space. External disk capacity does not add working memory.
Check certification requirements too. Complete the lesson with its final button in University; buying the course alone does not finish it. Files & Software and University explain the next steps.
A mission will not complete
Compare the exact file, target and action with the briefing. Uploading and installing are different steps. Check that any required process finished, then return to the mission and choose a payout account.
For a balance-check mission, report the first balance observed after accepting, including $0. Do not empty or close the account yourself. A failed mission cannot be repaired by transferring money back. See Missions.
Money or a subscription looks wrong
Check the selected bank account or wallet. Saved foreign accounts are not your own funds. Game dollars are whole amounts; Bitcoin can be fractional. A Software Exchange purchase can reserve BTC while its download runs, so total and available BTC may differ.
For an app, open Manage and check paid time, renewal and the paying account. Downloading, subscribing and starting a protection service are separate steps. App subscriptions explains them.
Icons, mail and support
If a desktop icon seems missing, look in its folder or the launcher. Removing an app shortcut does not uninstall the app. Right-click an empty desktop area for Arrange icons or the optional grid. See Desktop and folders.
Account confirmation goes to your real email inbox; check spam and request a resend if needed. Player and Admin messages arrive in the game's Mail app.
If the problem remains, use Request support or Bug Reports / Feature Requests. Include the time, app, target, exact message and steps. Keep account passwords and API tokens out of the report.
