TERMINAL REBELS / WIKI

Support, bugs and feature requests

Use Request support when you need help. Available support staff receive the request. If nobody is available, create a ticket so the issue can be followed up later.

Shared desktop assistance

A support request and permission to control your desktop are separate steps. If a supporter requests shared control, review and accept it only when you want that help. You can watch the actions on the same game desktop and end the shared session.

This is assistance inside Terminal Rebels. You do not need to share your account password or API token in a ticket or chat.

Report a bug

Open Bug Reports / Feature Requests and describe what happened, what you expected and how to reproduce it. Include the app, approximate time and the exact error message. For a file or task issue, its ID helps distinguish it from another item with the same name.

If something only breaks on a phone or in one browser, include the browser and whether the screen was portrait or landscape. Reports go to the administration; check the report for replies or status updates.

Suggest a feature

Explain the problem you want to solve and a short example of the desired behavior. Keep unrelated ideas in separate reports so they can be discussed independently.

For a server-wide interruption, check the public status page linked in the site navigation. For ordinary mechanics, the game guide and Tutorial may answer the question immediately.
