The in-game FBI and SafeNet publish different kinds of wanted information. Open Wanted from the desktop or visit the corresponding service in Interwebs. These are game-world authorities and game addresses.
Read the right list
FBI entries show a game IP, the listed reasons and a bounty. Several reasons can belong to one address. SafeNet shows a masked address and the listed activity instead of exposing the whole IP.
Neither list is a complete player directory or live leaderboard. An entry gives the information actually published by that source; it does not automatically reveal a player name, password or current connection.
Availability and consequences
The list depends on its source service being available. If that server is down, the information can be unavailable too. Refresh later rather than assuming an empty or unavailable list proves nobody is wanted.
Actions such as attacks and illegal transfers can have consequences beyond their immediate result. Read the displayed reason and use logs and your own observations to understand the situation. A partial address is not enough to guess private facts into existence.
For exploring a discovered address, see Interwebs. For earlier round results rather than wanted activity, use Hall of Fame.
